Welcome to fssaidocs.in. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FSSAI Documents Generator website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Digital Sapience Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• User's Responsibility for Data: The user is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all information and data provided for document generation. Our Service generates documents based on the exact information you input. We hold no responsibility for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the final documents resulting from incorrect or incomplete user-provided data.

2. Credits, Payments, and Refunds

• Credit-Based System: The Service operates on a pre-paid credit system. You must purchase credits to generate documents. Each document generation will deduct a specified number of credits from your account.
• Pricing and Validity: The price, number of credits, and validity period for each package are displayed on the purchase page. We reserve the right to change the pricing and validity of credit packages at any time without prior notice.
• Coupons: We may offer promotional coupons from time to time. These coupons are subject to their own terms and conditions and may be modified or discontinued at any time at our sole discretion.
• Credit Usage: Credits are non-transferable and cannot be shared or moved between different user accounts. Unused credits will expire permanently at the end of their specified validity period.
• Refund Policy: All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Service: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
• No Guarantee of Acceptance: We do not guarantee that the document formats or the documents generated by our Service will be accepted by FSSAI or any other regulatory or compliance organization. The responsibility for reviewing the generated documents for accuracy and ensuring their compliance with applicable regulations rests solely with the user.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Digital Sapience Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the documents generated; (iii) the rejection of generated documents by any authority; or (iv) any unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following prohibited purposes:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• To attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the platform.
• To resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our express written permission.
• To engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or its reputation.

Any violation of these provisions may result in the immediate termination of your account and may be subject to legal action under the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts.

5. Termination

• Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by sending a request via email to care@fssaidocs.in. Upon termination, any remaining credits in your account will be permanently forfeited with no refund.
• Termination by Company: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment, or engaging in any activity that disparages or negatively affects the public reputation of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Digital Sapience Private Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
