Thank you for using fssaidocs.in, a service operated by Digital Sapience Private Limited. We are committed to providing a clear and transparent policy regarding payments and refunds.
1. Core Policy: No Refunds
All purchases of credit packages on our platform are final and strictly non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
The rationale for this policy is that:
- The purchase grants you immediate access to digital credits, which are a non-tangible, irreversible product.
- Our costs are incurred instantly upon payment processing.
- Invoices are generated, and applicable government taxes are collected and remitted at the time of purchase, making the transaction irreversible.
2. Exception for Verified Technical Failures
While we do not offer cash refunds, we may restore credits in the specific case of a verified technical failure on our platform.
- Condition: In the rare event that credits are deducted from your account for a document generation that fails due to a verifiable platform error, you may be eligible for credit restoration.
- Reporting Process: You must report the issue to our support team at care@fssaidocs.in within **2 working days** of the failed transaction.
- Investigation: We will conduct an internal investigation using our system logs to verify the claim. We reserve the right to determine the outcome of this investigation.
- Resolution: If our logs confirm a platform error resulted in the loss of credit, the specific number of credits deducted for that single transaction will be restored to your account. This is the sole remedy for a technical failure.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
To ensure clarity, refunds or credit restorations will **NOT** be provided under the following circumstances:
- Unused credits remaining in your account upon account termination or for any other reason.
- Expiration of credits after their specified validity period has passed.
- User dissatisfaction with the document format, content, or any other aspect of the Service.
- The rejection of documents generated by our Service by FSSAI or any other regulatory authority.
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the final documents resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the user.
- Temporary or extended platform downtime or unavailability of the Service, which is covered by the "As-Is" clause in our Terms and Conditions.
4. Contact and Dispute Resolution
For any issues related to payments or credit deductions, you must contact us at care@fssaidocs.in within 2 working days of the transaction in question. Please provide your account email, the Transaction ID, and a detailed description of the issue. Failure to report an issue within this timeframe may result in your query not being entertained.
